I bought this as a complete project and I am usingall the sheet metal(body) The person that was building this passed away before he completed his restoration. His wife said it was a running and driving pickup prior to disassembly. I have never heard this run or have attempted to start it. With a wrench it will turn over with no issue. I have also included a pic of a engine rebuild tag which was included with the project. I don't know if it was attached to the engine or the firewall but it is included. If you are building a pickup I will also include all the wood that goes between the body/bed & the frame as it is still in great condition.
From the info I have found online (see last picture) Ford used the same frame for all cars in 1935 1936 1937 1938 1939 1940 and all pickups or 1/2 ton trucks from 1935 1936 1937 1938 1938 1940 1941 This complete chassis was under a 1938 Ford 1/2 ton Pickup
Pickup & delivery will be up to the buyer although storing untilthat time is no problem.
