For sale is1972 FORD EXPLORER F100 Pick up FACTORY ACThis truck has been used a yard truck for a mobile home park since new. It is currently legally on the road and used regularly.It has a Factory installed AC unit but the AC compressor is not on the motor everything else is there.If you look at the dash photosyou will see the ac on /off and ac / heat ++ slide control. the windows wor, tailgate works ( the handle pulls sideways) doors work fine, the frame is solid and straightas far as I can tell has never been in an accident. and it rolls down the road like a 72 truckwould. This is the truck to restore it already has the wow factor going for it. with some work you could make it into a real head turner. I saw some online and the style and the chrome make the new trucks look dull and...well like every other truck they make now.The truck starts like new and runs & drives fine it has a new starter, solenoid, battery cables, new brakes shoes and wheel cylinders in the front. this is a 4 wheel drum brake system.The Explorer package was an rare option back in the 70"s for a truck. so this was a top of the line truck in the day.I found the information below online.
