1974 fiat spider - 124 37,000 miles

No reserve, need to clear out the garage. 1974 fiat 124 spider. I bought from an estate sale a couple of years ago. garage kept all it's life. 37,000 miles. There is an ignition issue so it does not run. It turns over.manual transmission. very good body with little surface rust, no holes anywhere. Convertible top is in ok condition, Interior is ok, not great condition.
