Truck build started by my best friend’s father 30 years ago. I purchased it from him 7 years ago and finished what I could to it’s current condition. Truck has been completely rewired including fuse block. The truck runs, drives, stops and shows very nicely! I don’t know the actual mileage on the truck from the prior owner driving it but I’ve put less than 500 miles on it since getting it back on the road. It does not have AC or heat. Also doesn’t have working windshield wipers (it has never been driven in the rain and has been stored indoors since it was painted 20 years ago). Also the fuel gauge isn’t accurate. Needs a sending unit. There are no inside door handles (I never got around to fabricating them. I just roll the window down and reach outside to open the door). I have the parts to put the crank out front window back in it but never got around to it. The chrome around the windshield is starting to wear as it was re-chromed 25 years ago. I have door handles and door pulls for it and a TON of extra parts that will go with the truck. Paint has a small crack by the rear fuel fill door and a few very small blemishes here and there from being a 20 year old paint job but it still shows very very nice. Fenders are fiberglass and rest of the truck is steel. All this being said, It’s a beautiful truck and it gets a TON of attention everywhere I take it. The paint color is unique and what catches most people’s eye besides being a relatively rare vehicle. I hate to see it go but my priorities have changed and it’s time to let someone else enjoy it as I have.
The title is free and clear and in my name and in my possession.
I’m happy to work with you and your shipper. Truck is insured and in my garage. As long as it is paid for I can store it for an agreed upon timeframe. We can discuss what works for the both of us.
Please ask questions, I will be transparent, upfront and honest with you. This truck is a special family heirloom, if it does not reach my reserve I won’t be heartbroken as this sale is not a must sell situation.
