The 360ci V8 is reportedly equipped with a “Purple” camshaft and 340X-specification heads, and power is routed through a three-speed automatic and a high-performance rear axle with 3.91:1 gears. Torque Flite 904 three-speed automatic transmission is equipped with a 3,800-stall-speed torque converter, and that it is linked with and 8 3/4? rear axle with a spool, 3.91:1 gears, and 1350 U-joints.
