1968 DODGE CHARGER70'S TIME CAPSULEONE OF A KINDBEST YEAR EVEROkay, folks, this is super cool. Who remembers the metal flake custom paint from the '60s and '70s? While this car needs full restoration, it is complete with incredible-condition interior components and original sheet metal.All of the sheet metal is original. This is a list of what I can clearly see will need work for rust repair. The car is not stripped to bare metal, so I can not see to what extent all panels are affected. This is no guarantee of needed or not needed parts. Just my experience opinion based on visual inspectionReplace or Section:

Left and right outer wheel house or section (AMD Included)
Trunk Floor (AMD Included)
Rear Crossmember and extensions (AMD Included)
Left rear frame rail section or complete (AMD Included)

Solid Metal:

Firewall (with above mention)
Upper Cowl
A Pillars inner and outer
B Pillars inner and outer
Inner and outer rocker panels.
Quarter innerstructure at glass regulators
Under seat pan
Package tray and braces.
Roof and inner structure.
Tail light panel
Fenders (from what I can tell)
Quarters (from what I can tell-some bubbling low)

WHAT'S HERE:

Original seat belts (Nice)
Original Dash Assembly Complete (very nice unhacked)
Console and shifter Complete
All interior trim
All glass
Original wiring harnesses
Original fasteners, clips and hardware (inventoried and bagged)
Original steering column (very nice unhacked)
Grille assembly complete and close to mint condition.
Everything pictured in the ad plus boxes of original parts that were very nice when removed.

If you are looking for a great project car in the most desirable year, THIS IS IT! It's hard to find an uncut, complete 1968 Charger that is not already restored or butchered. This is a perfect project that provides everything it started life with for restoration or inventory/replacement.DOES NOT RUN AND NEEDS COMPLETE RESTORATION.I bought this car from a garage where it had been sitting for decades. It is bolted back together for inventory and photo purposes only.
