1960 DeSoto Fireflite 2 door hardtop - Florida car, looks fabulous - see pics

Vehicle Description
First of all, I do not accept payment through Ebay's new check out system for cars - the fees make it unusable and too expensive. So do not click on their link and do not pay through them or you will have to get your money back from them. Bank wires, checks, money orders or in person payments are fine. Just like the good old days. They set the default and it cannot be changed so again, if you buy it, do not proceed through their fee based option choice.I have had this car for years and years. Clear Florida title in my name. The past two years it has just sat in storage so we decided to put it up for sale,Since I have had it the following have been done to make the car a long distance and fun driver. We have taken it from Florida to Buffalo and back to get authentic chick wings. We have taken it from Florida to the Pate car show in Texas and back. We have taken it to the UP of Michigan and back to Florida to visit friends over the summer as well as countless shorter drives around Florida to the Keys and Panhandle etc. over the time we had it.All the mechanical parts of the car have been replaced or gone over or upgraded ;361 ci v8Fuel injectionElectronic ignitionElectric fuel pumpPower disc brakesElectric cooling fanDual exhaust systemAlternatorPSPBAutomatic transmissionUpgraded intake manifold to house the fuel injection system.American Racing chrome rimsInterior - all restoredNew carpetsNew door panelsRestored seatsNew headlinerNew sun visorsNew carpet,New trunk linerNew seat beltsBody and Misc,Car was stripped to bare metal and all dings, hail damage, dents have been repaired. No rust to start with and still solid - car was at the body shop for 3 years. Repainted in original two tone 1960 De Soto colors. Gorgeous paint by Jacks here in Naples who have done our vintage cars for over 20 years now.Stainless all restored by Extreme Metal Works in NC.Chrome restored at Spacecoast Platin, except bumpers which we left as is and they look fine.New tail lenses made since originals could not be sourced in 10 years of looking .We own 30 vintage cars and since this has been just sitting, we are cycling to a different car of ours for road trips ( 62 Pontiac ) so this one is up for sale as it is taking up space in storage. We don't have to sell it so lowball offers will be ignored. It is stored in a hurricane proof storage facility ( there has been no flooding or damage since we have had it in Florida these past 10 plus years ) so it is fine sitting where it is but if you are intrigued or want it, we will sell it. NOTHING wanted in trade. We have more than enough cars.It is a 65 year old used car which is sold as is, where is, with zero warranties. It is not a show car - it was done to actually use.If you have questions just ask. If you need more photos of something specific just ask. Keep in mind I am getting up there in age so other than sticking my phone under the car to take photos, I am past the age to crawl under it to get better underside shots.
