1978 Datsun 280ZUp For A 7 Day Worldwide NO RESERVE Auction Is The 1978 Datsun 280Z This Car Runs, Drives, Starts And Stops Very Well! The Engine Is The Original 2.8L Inline 6 Matched To A 5-Speed Manual Transmission. The Engine Runs Very Smoothly And Makes Good Power. The Manual Transmission Gets Through All The Gears Easily. This Car Runs Absolutely Fantastic And Starts Every Single Time! Mechanically Very Dependable. The Paint Is Older And Looks Good But Does Have A Lot Clear Peeling. The Body Is Pretty Straight But It Does Have Some Rust. The Rear Quarters Have Some Small Blisters But The Bottom Of Both Front Rear Fenders Just Behind The Front Tires Is The Worst Of It. Unfortunately I Do Not have The Bumpers. I Do Have The Original Wheels With The Datsun Hubcaps. All trim And Glass Are In Good Shape. Overall The Exterior Is Presentable As Currently Is. The Interior Also Looks Really Nice And Clean Overall. The Stitching On The Driver Seat Has Undone And The Dash Pad Is Cracked. The Rest Of The Interior Actually Looks Pretty Good. Overall This Is A Really Fun Car That Runs And Drives Great! I Believe This Is A 2-Owner Datsun And Both Owners Have Kept A Log Book Of Every Oil Change And/or Any Maintenance And Or Repairs Since New! Most Service Was Done Roughly Every 2,000-3,000 Miles.
