I bought this car for my ex wife about 9 years ago, she drove it a few times and decided she did not like it, So I parked it in the basement thinking that the value would only increase as the years went by, Now I realize the car deserves to see the open road again. It's flaws are as follows, It needs a new exhaust pipe, the nose has been backed into and split, I would replace it, the hood has about 4 surface rust spots about the size of a quarter, the passenger side door has a crease dent where I side swiped it with the lawn mower, the dash pad has a crack shown in pictures along with a cracked windshield, the car smokes due to sitting I suppose, white smoke, No major accidents no rust through pretty straight original example of a 89 rs convertible, I removed the rear sail panels back in the day, was planning on installing speakers, apparently someone needed them more than me, I found one in a local salvage yard but it is grey.
