Available for your consideration is a 1979 Chevrolet Camaro. This car has had many modifications. The engine is a 5.3 LS engine out of a truck it has had modifications done including head work and head gaskets. I am not certain the extent of modifications done to the engine. I had taken the car in on trade towards a dump truck from an older friend of mine, he has had this car for years. The car is equipped with LS MSD ignition box, Summit 4 barrel carb, Edelbrock intake manifold, headers, Auto trans with shift kit hooked to a B & M shifter. The Pro Trac N-50 tires on Centerlines are hooked up to a Detroit Locker rear end held in by 4 link suspension tying this car all togther underneath Detroit Locker rear end with 4-Link Suspension. A very performance oriented car. The locker rear end assy is more drag strip than street driven performance due to the way it locks in and gives a ratcheting almost banging type noise as you make turns exspecially in tight places it likes to hold & lock in straight line for ultimate performance. Car really sounds great. Runs strong!!! This car is also set up with high voltage coil packs, TCI Fuel & Spark EZ-T, Race Quip racing harnesses, Mr Gasket fuel pressure regulator, Grant steering wheel, Auto Metter Gauges, Stewart Warner Gauges, Pro Comp Autometer Trans Gauge, Kenwood KMM ST 3225U Stereo, New Carpe, chrome hood hinges, Fiberglass cowl hood & much more.... Car should be seen, and hear run if at all possible. Really a car with tons of potential. Interior is white buckets with tan trim. Inside needs a good cleaning. Vehicle does have new carpet as well. The exterior is in great shape, previous owner installed the fiberglass front bumper back in the 80's... Body super solid a couple spots bleeding thru on drivers door front and rear of door typical odf a Camaro, Passenger fender lower looks as though may have been patched/repaired at one time other than that an amazing body on this Camaro. Underneath i ssolid with no corrosion issues at all this car has been in a building stored almost it's entire life. I would say the present paint job is ok and presentable yet not a 10k paint job by no means. Hood needs adjusted it does not fit great a old school fiberglass hood fit from back in the day. Color is like a dark gray with black satin up the center it is sharp. This Camaro will need a windshield as well.
