Vehicle Description
This 1969 Chevrolet C10 runs, drives, and stops as it should. It’s a solid driver-quality truck with a refreshed paint job done at some point in its life. The exterior isn’t perfect but still turns heads, especially with its classic steelie wheels and original-style hubcaps. Inside, the carpet, bench seat, and dash pad have all been redone, making the cab a clean and comfortable place to be.
The original inline-six has long since been swapped for a 283 V8, paired with a 3-speed manual column shift. It starts right up and drives well. There’s no power steering or power brakes—just good old-fashioned driving feel.
From what I can tell, this truck has spent most, if not all, of its life in southern New Mexico. As a result, it appears to be very rust-free, especially for a truck of this era. It’s not a show truck or a fully restored example, but it would make a great daily driver, weekend cruiser, or the perfect foundation for a full restoration.
