• do a quick search on BARN FINDS low milage chevrolet citaion X11. this is the car. I bought with 2700 miles and put it back on the road. new tires, fuel line, brakes done new gas tank, new head gaske, new a/c compressor. the list goes on. I wanted to be road worthy and safe. and it is... The car was originally owned by racer CLIFF GOTTLOB (google him with L88) i have truley enjoyed this car always wanted one since college 1980. Anyway i'm thinning the herd, just too many already sold 4 cars... if you are an x11 fan this car is special. tons of documentaton... i have original shifter handle with cables, and original sport steering wheel with rebuilt original carb, i prefer the weber on car now, this thing moves. no cat required in nj, so picked up 20hp by dumping that clogged pos... it is optioned out ..so many trips taken down to jersey shore. a/c power steering sunroof radio. just a fun comfortable reliable car, as usual hate to see it go, and i hope it goes to someone who really appreciates these fine cars. all the horror stories with this car is bs. remember this set the trend for general motors for basically the next 45 years. transmounted v6 fwd.... look at pics bulid sheet, window sticker, barn finds article it will tell you all you need to know. all i can add is it gets more looks than my 57 and 66 chevy..... people remember these new. grew up with them. chevy sold over 800,000 the first year, not many left.. not to mention with only 18000 miles... don't miss this opportunity if u are really interested, email me an offer. this car is unique because GM gave it to Cliff for feedback he was also involved in engineering with GM
