1957 Chevy half ton shortbed series 3100 just back from a two year restoration of mechanical and cosmetic interior restoration.
Everything under hood such as radiator generator starter carb plugs points hoses heater more rebuilt or new,even Chromed the original oil bath now converted to air more.
283 V8 engine runs great with very good compression has been detailed and newly gasketed,4 speed floor shift transmission same.
Under hood nicely detailed.
Everything undercarriage new or rebuilt such as dual exhaust brakes brake lines rebuilt rear differential driveshaft clutch wheel bearings front and rear repacked more
Just needs some wiring such as lights gauges charging system all parts new just needs wiring.
Doors open close like new as do windows roll up down as new, both door glasses cracked windshield small crack
Have made to fit rubber mat from Brothers Truck parts in bed of truck over the old wood .
Only rust in entire truck is cab corners of which I have cab corner replacements to install,one very small spot over driver headlight.
Truck is a very solid dry desert New Mexico truck located near Albuquerque New Mexico.
