Has had some race history and shows evidence of that. Has mini tubs in back (NO back seat), fuel sump below gas tank, battery relocated to trunk, frame connectors, shift kit and a few bolt on performance goodies under the hood. Looks to have been a 4 speed originally as it has the smaller brake pedal in it still.Body and paint areFAIRLY NICE. Nice and straight with older paint. Minor blemishes like chips, scratches, touch-ups as you'd expect from being over 20 years old but looks good and gets thumbs up anywhere including local car shows and cruise nights. No real rust to speak as outer panels look VERY NICE, NO bubbles, NO clusters. Panel fit is good and doors open and close nicelyInterior looksGOOD.Seats in good shape, driver's side redone (could use more padding in a few spots to smoothen out), passenger side original, NO back seat. NEWER door panels front and rear (driver's side front has a small rip on top), good dash with small cut for tachometer as shown. RADIO DELETE with extra gauges added as shown. Headliner is pretty good, with one small seam split above driver's seat, package tray and rear sail panels need replacing. Carpet is newer and looks good.Under the hood the 350 V8 roars at the turn of the key and performs great. No noises, great compression and a great performer. Upgraded aluminum intake, HEI distributor, wrapped headers and dual Flowmaster exhaust. Tranny shifts good and solid rear end.Could use wiring redone as lights, signals NOT working. Also could use front end links, one side missing.STARTS RIGHT UP, IDLES GREAT AND YOU CAN GET IN AND DRIVE IT TODAYwith a few hours of tinkering!Underside is presentable, some amateur patching on floorboards, but they seem solid. Has frame connectors installed. Frame rails appear good, front ones have had some welding work towards the last few inches near bumper. Trunk is solid overall but has some small holes along with filler neck relocated to inside as shown.NOT PERFECT: hidden headlights have no motors so open and close manually, backup lights, headlights, signals and taillights not connected, horn not working. NO heater box on firewall so NO heat. There may be a couple of other minor things I don't remember right now. PLEASE UNDERSTAND CAR IS NOWHERE NEAR PERFECT and will require going over, tlc, mild restoration depending on what you want to do with it.Overall a NICE DRIVER QUALITY 68 Camaro made into an RS/SS you can get in and drive as is and do some tinkering with to dial it in to your liking. NOT perfect but FAIRLY NICE driver.
