V8 (believed to be 327)Automatic Transmission on the ColumnDual ExhaustStandard Bench Seat Interior14" SS Rally Wheels w/caps wearing White Letter Radial Tires (available for $800 extra, otherwise car will come with steel wheels)SS StripesCar hails from the midwest, collector owned and maintained. Recently serviced with NEW Brakes and NEW Tune-up parts, Carburetor adjustment, NEWLY reconditioned "AO" wheels, NEW wheel moldings too.Body is fairly straight and clean, looks like original outer panels from what I can tell. May be the original paint as well, but trim tag missing so can't tell for sure (you can get reproductions online). Body gaps look pretty good, everything lines up well except for driver's door which has some sagging as shown. Also a lot of scuffs and touchups on that same door. As mentioned paint is very old, may be original paint. It will buff up fairly well but the car will eventually need paint for sure. At the moment it's barely presentable at best.Under the hood lies what is believed to be a 327 V8 (have not checked the numbers). Starts right up, idles great and has good power. NO big leaks anywhere. Transmission shifts well. Brakes have just been redone with rear wheel cylinders and replaced broken brake line to name a few things so they work well. Steers nice and easy and I've driven it around town here and there so you can easily get in and drive it around right now.Interior is fairly nice as well. NEWLY reupholstered seats, front to back. Carpet and door panels are worn but presentable. Good dash pad as well. Convertible top is older and shrunk a little on the sides with some hairline tears at the sides but still operates well and keeps the water away.Underside has SOLID FRAME from what I could see with no patches or welds. Floors do have rust and holes in a few spots and although they're fairly solid right now and you won't fall through, they will need to be redone down the road. Trunk has been patched amateurly in the past, again it's solid and nothing will fall through, just not done with factory panels.Overall the car is a PRESENTABLE DRIVER with HIGH OPTIONS that RUNS AND DRIVES GOOD and you can enjoy driving it around as is and eventually restore it on your own time. Obviously not everything works (horn, couple of bulbs may need replacing, radio, a/c and i'm sure there are a few other things I can't think of right now) so please keep that in mind. DO NOT think you're gonna win this car and immediately have a show car you can drive cross country. Please be realistic.
