1949 GMC 100 / Chevy 3100 Truck - Frame Off RestorationEvery part on this truck has been replaced or reconditioned. Painted frame, all black parts were powder coated.
Engine / Transmission:

• GMC 6 Cylinder 228 Engine Fully rebuilt during restoration - 12 volt conversion, Dual pipes
• GMC 4 Speed Manual Transmission

Interior:

• All new Interior, seats, headboard, visors, door panels, gas tank, rubbers, chromes, seals & weather strips.
• Extensive sound proofing materials on floor and roofs to noise reduction.
• All lights and gauges work properly, the speedo was disconnected due to noise

Exterior:

• The paint has a nice shine with some Patina showing. NO RUST
• The body has some small dings and paint chips but ties all in with the old Patina look
• All new windows, bumpers, grill, lights, emblems, chromes
• New wood bed with painted strips
• New 15" steel wheels with whitewall tires and GMC Caps

Suspension:

• New drum brakes front and back & new brake lines
• Lowered 3" front & back with lowering locks on leaf springs

The truck starts on the first crank every time, the transmission shifts like it should, runs and drives very good for its age.Everything on the truck was gone through to make sure of a safe and enjoyable ride.
