HIGHLIGHTS: Nostalgic drag racer! Streetable, classic mid-60s muscle look, super unique!
BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Chevy II is clean and straight, especially for a car with the vintage drag racer look. While it shows some minor signs of use here and there, this car looks to have been taken care of since it was put together. Red paint doesn't hide much, so you can really see the condition of the body.
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: The paint appears to be relatively recent, and shows nicely! It has good gloss to it, and the red has excellent depth. The way this car is set up, it would almost be a shame to paint it any other color.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: Much like the exterior of this car, the interior is set up in true vintage racer fashion with the exception of a few more modern add-ons for comfort, most notably the seats. The ratchet shifter adds to the old-school look, and adds tremendous enjoyment to sitting behind the wheel of a car like this.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: Under the hood is where we really get into the goodies! Raise the hood, and you'll find a beautifully dressed 454 V8 in a super-clean engine bay. Based on the suffix code, this is a 1971 365HP block. It has been bored and stroked to 468ci. The 454 runs, rumbles, and really packs a punch in this little Chevy II. Hooked up to a TH350, this is the old-school drag car you've been waiting for! This Chevy II is a blast to drive, and is sure to take you back in time.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: This is a nostalgic drag racer built specifically to be a time-machine! It has the classic look, the classic sound, and the classic feel. This is your ticket back to racing in the '60s!
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: Ratchet shifters and drag cars aren't for everyone, but if that's your thing then there isn't much to hate!
DOES IT NEED ANYTHING? Unless you want to listen to a radio, or not have to shift the gears, it does not!
