This is a 1991 Caprice Wagon that has been customized on a TV show in 2015 (Leepu and Pibull) with 1965 impala parts. Grill, hood, quarters, taillights, and bumpers. It has a new Jegs 350 with a Holley TPI Unit, (Stealth Ram Multipoint Fuel Injection) Freddy Brown 700R4 Transmission. The drivetrain has less than 2k miles put on it since the show.
