Vehicle Description

For sale is my 1984 M-1009 CUCV. This is a 1984 K5 Blazer with 6.2 diesel motor built for military use. These K5 Blazers were designed for extreme military use and painted with CARC a Chemical Agent Resistant Coating. The payload of this Blazer is 1200-pounds the same as a ¾ ton truck. I have keep this CUCV all original but have converted it from 24 volts to 12 volts so I could have a radio and a LED lights. I put all brand-new rubber gaskets in this unit including the doors, topper and windows. The engine is a 6.2 Diesel GM (Detroit Diesel) 379 cu in. (6.2L) J-series non-emissions diesel V-8 engine all original and starts in the coldest weather.

This CUCV runs great, I was driving it on the weekends for fun, it truly gets 18-19 MPG, if you know the 6.2 diesel you will know that is very accurate.

There is no rust in the floor boards or in the rocker panels. I did the best I could with the pictures.
