1978 El Camino Fixer-Upper (Upstate SC)

Is it a car, or a truck? Neither, an El Camino!
This nice piece of nostalgia does need a little TLC, but has a Chevy 350 (that does not run) to be the beast under the hood.
The car does not have a title, but SC DMV does have instructions on getting a new one, and I'll provide a bill of sale.
Car will also need to be picked up by the buyer with a roll-back, etc. It will not drive on its own.
