This was my baby. It was an original 1960 corvette. It was fully restored. I had both hard and soft tops and had the original engine. Unfortunately my shop burnt down with my car in it.
I believe the frame and drive drain are salvageable. I was thinking of trying to find another body to put on my frame, but I have no shop or tools to do such a project now.Maybe my travesty could be someone's gain. Maybe there is someone that has a good body.... to put on this frame which has the original drivetrain and has the original title.
I converted the car to disc brakes and put a higher rear end gear in the rear end. I got the original differential, brake drums and backing plates that go with the car. What you see in the pictures is what you get. I believe the drive train is salvageable but there is no warranties expressed or implied.
I am putting this up with no reserve, so winner takes it. You will need a trailer to move it. Don't bid on it, if you don't have a way to get it home. Every time I look at the car it makes me sick, so I want it off my property within a week of the auction close.
