1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Coupe 2-Door 4.1L

2nd owner, Beautiful 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Extremely low mileage for year. Factory AM/FM, Cassette, CB. Clean inside and out. Only 2 issues I can think of. Plastic filler around gas fill was cracked and we removed it(as seen in photo), and the air functioned when purchased but not currently working,is still R-12, has not been converted to R-134.
