Race Car 1980 Buick Skyhawk Pikes Peak Bonneville

Hi I recently bought this 1982 ? race car because I have been building and restoring cars for over 50 years and I know it's a special car I'm looking for any information on its history I suspect it's a doug roe car (Google him) I know it's a Pikes Peak and ran at bonneville in 1985 the seat belts are dated July 83 doug roe is listed at pikes peak 82 and 83 in v6 buick skyhawk and that photo of the yellow car list doug of being there with a nother buick in photo is auto editor of popular machanics and have heard back from him and PR man for buick it's a pro built car full frame with a hydraulic controlled torsion bar front suspension and a ray baker engineering engine (Google ray baker) and possibly kenny bell turbo because of the EG CC probably ran gas no turbo but could have also added and ran B blower class to doug roe was a engineering at GM and latter on his own and involved with GM and performance buick performance group the only marking on car is popular mechanics and buick as run at bonneville so I assume factory connection I know the door bars are removed and the two doors changed and was probably parked around then any information about it would be greatly appreciated thanks I believe it's a 82 or 3 but had to list as 80 ebay needed a VIN to list there's no vin tag.
