For your consideration is a 1973 Buick GS Riviera stage one. With 82,000 miles on the original motor and drivetrain. The 455 was rebuilt by previous owner along with the turbo 400 transmission, rebuilt, original carburetor, and, and 3.23 12 bolt POSI rear end. The car leaks nothing!
Vin has the W which signifies stage one and the engine has the X a engine code on the block down between the driver side back spark plugs down on block.
Power steering, power disc, brakes, AC, cruise control, AM/FM, eight track, to speed, rear window, defroster, and tilt steering and dual exhaust with stick mufflers. Tires are brand new. Rocker trim is dents free and chrome both sides. Look brand new with plenty of shine.
Out of the 1234 stage one cars produce, very few stage one cars came with a GS suspension package, one of 252 made.
Riviera was ground down to bare metal, see photo, professionally restored, using premium paint products from Dupont. Basecoat/clearcoat, then color, sanded and buffed and polished.
All brake components for master cylinder and brake booster to new rotors and pads with new hoses and wheel cylinders and fluid. New shocks, front and rear with air shocks in back.
The interior has been redone as well. New correct black vinyl skate seat skins are installed. Stretched and looking amazing. Headliner and carpet are in amazing shape. – Pad is in great shape with no cracking.
Headlights, brake lights, and dash lights all work even the license plate light works and trunk light and courtesy light inside . All power windows go up and down nicely. AC components are present but has not been restored at this time. He’s record was replaced and blows endless warmth.
Trunk compartment is gorgeous and painted. New trunk carpet and large rubber Butte Matt is present along with the tire, jack, tire iron, and the black filler panels on each side of trunk. Even the light works in the trunk.
Original owner checked all the new car pamphlets and owners manuals. Very cool memorabilia the car has been under coated in the wheel wells and undercarriage. Detailed ruined in gloss, black and the rear sway bar.
Chrome on the car is in amazing shape for the Car’s age. Someone really loved his car and must’ve spent a considerable amount of time inside a garage.
