Vehicle Description

1982 BMW 320i5 spend manual, Safari beige/Brown interior193K miles on working odometerLifetime California car.Was stored non-op indoors from 2003 till 2024Clean and clear title in hand, registration is current.Passed California emissions test on 12/16/2024, I included pictures of the test result in the photo gallery of this add for reference. Although it passed on the first run, the HC (Hydrocarbon) numbers at lower rpm were higher than desired, a condition typically caused by a small vacuum leak or slightly off ignition timing according to the smog technician, I have not had time to take it in to address, however the car runs great, I only mention this issue for full upfront disclosure.Below is a list of replaced parts and services done on the car since taken out of storage last year:Flushed the fuel tank, new exterior fuel pump and filter, rebuilt the in tank gauge sender unit, and replaced rubber fuel hoses as needed.New plugs, wires, oxygen sensor, filters and a number of air/vacuum hoses.New set of tires mounted at the end of 2024 with probably less than 300 miles on them since new, tires were slightly upsized to 205/60 R13 from the factory 185/70 R13, the 205's look better in my view with unnoticeable change in drivability.New brakes all the way around, new front rotors, new rear brake cylinders and brake lines flush.New right and left tie rods assembly (inner and outer), new control arms and new sway bar bushings installed.Bluetooth capable Pioneer audio unit, original BMW radio included with the car but was not functioning properly when taken out.Heater works well. AC not, compressor and other cooling components are present, appear complete but were not addressed or diagnosed.Newer paint job in original Safari Beige color.New clutch slave cylinder.Interior looks decent, dash has some cracks, custom dash cover, seats look good although the front two can use some additional padding. All gauges, interior and exterior lights work. The rear license plate was relocated below the bumper for cleaner rear end look, brackets and fasteners are there if new owner chose to revert to original mounting location. Both front and rear bumpers were pushed in couple on inches to lessen the diving board look.Car looks and runs great, the only 2 issues that are still on my to do list are a small oil leak at the front seal (leaks couple of small drops after being driven for a while), and a loose sunroof handle, the sunroof is fully functional, but handle is loose for some reason. If you have any question, feel free to ask, car is located in Pasadena, CA
