1989 BMW 325is E30 S54 Motor

Vehicle Description

1989 BMW 325is E30 s54 engine swap. The swap was done in 2014 at a shop in Texas. I bought it from the owner who bought it from them and had the car fully painted (windows out) and leather re upholstered a year ago.
Power train: S54 engine from an E46 M3 with 60K miles, 6 speed transmission from E46 330ci zhp to 3.73 limited differential. Body mount shifter with zhp 6 speed shift knob. Car has working AC and power steering with e36 power steering pump, rack, and ac compressor. Cooling system includes stock water pump to stock hoses to aluminum radiator cooled by an electric fan. The fan sits in front of the AC condenser it comes on and off automatically, car never runs hot.
Suspension: e36 m3 5 lug swap. Includes M3 brakes, calipers and rotors. Has coil overs and camber plates. Wheels are SSR forged 17 inch. 17x7 front and 17x8.5 rear. Tires are 215/40/17 front and 245/40/17 rear. Booster less delete from Massive brakes. Car drives and stops well.
Interior: Re upholstered IS seats, crack less free dash. Cluster has updated RPM gauge face to display the 8k limit of the s54 with the E28 M5 coding plug to read the RPM signal to 8K.
Overall very nice car pretty much done and ready for someone to enjoy, depends on how picky you are there are some things that can be use some work such as the sunroof, its fixed close and doesn't work. I don't use the sunroof so I never tried opening or fixing it. The front speakers for the stereo are missing and only the rear 2 are working. I don't mind this because the s54 is a better stereo.
