1963 AMC Rambler American 68845 Miles White Convertible 6 cylinder

Vehicle Description
Vehicle Original VIN : B603550
Once touted as the lowest-priced cars built in the US earning popularity for its low cost of ownership. The Rambler American was built from 1958 through 1969 and would the last automobile to carry the historic Rambler name in the US and Canadian markets. The Rambler American was marketed and assembled under licenses in Australia, Iran, Mexico, Argentina and even South Africa. This second generation Rambler American is a what you see is what you get. I personally would drive it as is, because the mechanicals seem to be quite good as it starts right up and goes down the road pretty decent. The interior is completely original, I am guessing the paint is largely original with some touch ups here and there, the engine bay does not ever appear to have been tampered with other than routing servicing and the underside of the car is pretty darn solid as is the body and floor pans. The convertible top is pretty ratty but the power works and the fit is nice. Lights and gauges seem to work and in my opinion is ready to go be enjoyed at a very decent price point in the collector car world. We encourage any questions and third party inspections.
