This car has been in my family since day one—originally purchased from Coon Bros Inc. in Detroit, Michigan—and it belonged to my recently deceased father, who cherished it as his pride and joy.

My father was an AMC enthusiast through and through, and while the vehicle ran perfectly, he had started disassembling parts of the engine and front suspension as part of a restoration project to bring it up to show-quality.
