1974 AMC Javelin 3 speed manual

Vehicle Description
304 V8, 3 speed manual. Hard to find a manual transmission javelin in any condition anywhere in the country, let alone running and driving, the manual trans ones are just not out there. Could use paint and interior work if you care about that boring stuff. Complete car, not a project. Can be driven. Has a luggage rack, original carpet, headliner, back seat are all still pretty nice. I have the chrome trim for it. It was removed for paint but then never painted. Has a ding on the left rear quarter panel and on the hood.Paint on the hood is peeling off.The tires are good, the original radio works but it pretty staticy. Does not have working heat. Has an exhaust leak noise, sounds to me like a header gasket. Really fun car to drive around town and run errands in. I take it on 80 mile drives going 65mph and have a blast in it.I'm a weekend hobbyist/car builder and a big car guy. My cars are very mechanically sound. I've had people drive/fly in from Dallas, San Francisco, El Centro, Prescott, Show Low and Los Angeles in the last few months to buy old cars from me.I am a hobbiest/enthusiast with no life so I have recently completely gone through the car to make it as nice as I could for its next owner.Recent repairs to make it nice for the next guy:New Champion aluminum radiatorRebuilt cylinder heads (Expensive $$$$) - Pulls hard especially at high speeds on the top end, pretty fast now for a 304New Trailing arm bushingsNew distributorCleaned out fuel tankrebuilt carb with new carb kitNew fuel filtertiming adjustedNew rear shocksfixed cigarette lighterNew temp sensorNew alternator, but I recommend upgrading to a 150amp or larger alternator if you do a lot of driving.New thermostatlubricated window tracksNew spark plug wiresNew batteryClean AZ paper title in my name in hand, registered to me. Title says not actual miles on it, but I think that is an error. It happens often in Arizona when you go for a repair or emissions testing and the emissions guy messes up and types in 99,000 miles instead of 96,000 miles(or forgets the correct mileage from the 20-60 seconds from when he looked at the mileage to when he enters it in his computer so he just puts whatever he can sort of remember)and then the car is sold and the next person registers it and puts the correct 96,000 miles on the title, but the miles went backwards because the emissions dude had a typo and put 99,000 miles, so then the system/mvd marks the title as having not actual miles.I might be able to meet up with you in Scottsdale (about 9 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, if you want, instead of Payson) to give you the car.Cash or cashiers check only. Full payment due within 7 calendar days. $500 deposit is non-refundable. Car will not be released to you until cashiers check fully clears my bank, if you're paying with a cashiers check. There are a lot of nice javelins that have been recently done by big name people:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8lA1hcqSy8https://www.conceptcarz.com/s7379/amc-javelin.aspxhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-7_l9q9F8Ahttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H8lA1hcqSy8https://www.roadandtrack.com/car-culture/style/a16569265/theres-an-outrageous-amount-of-custom-work-on-ringbrothers-amc-javelin/AMC parts sites:https://www.americanpartsdepot.com/
