1991 Alfa Romeo Spider SPIDER

Vehicle Description
1991 ALFA ROMEO SPIDER
This is a one owner car, that I purchased for resale. It has had many updates, and many of the imperceptible problems that one could possibly purchase, are resolved. This Series 4 Spider presents with a great luster, and is a “very well sorted driver”, dependable and lots of fun to drive. The car shows extremely well. As one gets closer, from 2 or 3 feet, then normal chipping, scratches, etc. can be seen and smaller imperfections are visible. I point this out because it is not perfect, but at 5 feet or more away the paint looks amazing. The hood was cleared of chips and scratches, and repainted, just prior to my purchase. Depending on how picky one wants to be, I would give the car an 8 out of 10 for exterior presence. The paint looks really nice, and the underside is rust free. See the walk around photos, and judge for yourself. This car is equipped with: 15” phone dial wheels & new tires, with less than 500 miles on them. Other items: A/C, Vanity mirror, Map light, Optima battery, Dash cover (is not attached, just lying on the dash, but it could be semi-permanently attached with special adhesive), Tool Kit, Owner’s manual, and 2 sets of keys, floor mats, tonneau cover. Painted valve covers, New muffler, New radio with bluetooth and microphone.
Mechanically, the car runs “GREAT”. Following the recent Valve Job, the car has great pull in all gears and is a real pleasure to drive; what one would expect from an ALFA! No 2nd gear synchro problems or any other gear. Both mirrors work both ways (UP & DOWN AND SIDE TO SIDE). There are no cracks in the dash. AC and heater both working well. Original glass throughout. Newer Bluetooth hands free radio (I don’t have the original radio). The top and rear window are excellent. For full disclosure: The lower door gaskets and trunk gasket are due for changing or repair; as I don't drive in the rain, I wasn't concerned. I haven't noticed any leaking after washing the car! Also as mentioned there are some small nicks and scratches, but as you can see from the photos the paint looks good.
The spiders came new with vinyl seats, and the Alcantra inserts as in the Veloce. This car has all of the options and is at the level of the Veloce except the leather seats. The sides and backs of the Veloce seats were vinyl, same as the Spider. In most cases, at 34 years old, the leather unless well kept up, doesn’t look so good, while the vinyl does. Additionally, the leather and vinyl fade differently, and why on the Veloce’s there is a noticeable difference in color of the sides and back compared to the leather surfaces.

Ready To Drive anywhere! This car is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", there is no warranty expressed nor implied. Vehicle has a clean NH title with no liens. Vehicle will be released only after funds are certified good by my bank. In my opinion, this car could be driven across the country without issue. I will co-ordinate with the buyers shipping company as needed.
I have owned 4 of these Series 4 cars, and this is a good one for sure. It drives very tightly in the corners, and has plenty of power.
