Vehicle Description

The Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT is a classic automobile that, pound for pound and dollar for dollar, delivers one of the very best driving experiences of any sports car ever made. Its classic Italian good looks, the sound of its feisty twin-cam, inline-four engine, and rewarding handling dynamics have made it a favorite since the first one came to market in 1963. Giorgetto Giugiaro, Bertone’s prolific designer, poured some of his best styling cues into the tidy GT, which expresses the verve of his earlier Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint and Iso Rivolta models, but in a smaller car for the sporting masses.

This 1967 Alfa Romeo went through a major restoration in 2019, which includes a complete paint job by stripping the car to metal and building it back up. All of the windows and molding where removed and re-chromed. The car is near flawless. The Glasurit paint really shows and the green exterior goes really well with the brown interior. One addition was the upholsteries being redone, plus the headliner and rubber seals. All materials were ordered from Classic Alfa. New door knob and door handles were installed.

Under the hood you have a new radiator, new fan blade, and new 123 Distributor.

The DCOE 40 Weber carbs were rebuilt and has all new spark plug and valve cover gasket. New master cylinder and clutch reservoir, slave cylinders, new Facet fuel pump, all the fluids were changed and new gas tank was also installed.

In addition, rear brakes were redone, including new rotors, brake pads, and all the wheel studs were removed and replaced with longer studs, and was converted to righty tidy/ lefty loosey concept. Also, the front windshield is brand new, all the windshield wiper and linkages were replaced with new parts from classic Alfa.

Some of the front suspension tie ends were replaced, and transmission mouth and center support bushing was also replaced.
