87 Alfa Romeo Spider Graduate 137K miles, runs, needs work

Vehicle Description
This has been my regular driver for the past 5 years. Runs but needs work.The body is good but needs paint. Tires are good. Top is in great condition. Recently replaced water pump, brake calipers, clutch slave cylinder, brake master cylinder. Rebuilt alternator. Bluetooth stereo.
Known Problems:
- Oil leaks into the engine compartment (maybe head gasket)
- Speedo cable is broken (137k is the actual miles driven)
- Trunk does not stay open - torsion springs are present but need to be re-attached
- Passenger door can be difficult to open from the outside. No problem from the inside.
- Battery discharges if the car is not run for a week
